A Year Later

Of course, a year ago at this time, we were reading the results of the first wave of exit polls. All of you probably felt much the same way I did.

For a trip down memory lane, here is one of my posts from early in the afternoon on November 2, 2004. I didn’t post for the rest of the afternoon. Honestly, I thought it was curtains. Around 6:30 PM, I thought it was all but over.

And if you momentarily feel down, just remember how you felt, because it is how I felt, when Indiana, Kentucky, and West Virginia went to President Bush by overwhelming margins.
