An Interesting SCOTUS Decision in the Making

Lively oral arguments with all 9 justices participating were held last week in Georgia v Randolph. If Sam Alito is confirmed this will probably be a 4/4 decision. Which way, who knows, since the liberal and conservative demarcation may get mixed on this one.
