Not All Judges Have Cement Heads
Not even close.
As alluded to above, one of the dirty secrets about our politics is that a large majority of the nation’s judges are conservative, or are Zell Miller-style Democrats, or Giuliani-style Republicans.
It only seems as though barking liberal Moonbats control the entire judiciary because the liberal media aggressively promotes the left’s court victories while it relegates contrary decisions (of which there are thousands) to the corners of pages A-11 or B-03.
By way of further example:
Separate federal judges have denied bail to two brothers charged with being unregistered agents for China . . . [quasi-editorial by the AP removed — Eds.].
Scores of those types of decisions are handed down each and every day. Coast to coast.
But unless you know about them you wouldn’t know about them.
BTW: The federal trial judge to whom references are made in that article — District Judge Cormac Carney — was appointed by President George W. Bush. The Magistrate Judge — Marc Goldman — originally was appointed in 1983, during Reagan’s term.
