Appeals Court Rejects Gay Marriage

A state appeals court threw out a ruling that would have allowed gay couples to marry . . . . saying it is not the role of judges to redefine the terms ‘husband’ and ‘wife.’

Wow, who knew there were such conservative appellate jurists over there in

New York State?
