I was on the phone today with Old Nick, and after the usual pleasantries about the best ways to work off gingerbread and eggnog, and the usual promise from the Big Guy to have the reindeer relieve themselves somewhere above Hyannisport, the talk turned to gift-giving, and Santa wants to know:
