Another Distorted Condi Pic? (Update: Check Out Angelina Jolie’s – Scary Stuff)
When Laura Lee Donoho asked me if I had seen the distorted photo of Condi Rice, I assumed she was referring to a rerun of this one from last fall. Well, she wasn’t. Check out the latest. What is it about Condi Rice that makes news outlets want to distort her image? Maybe there are just too many people that can’t handle pictures like this one.
Update: “Viking” was able to get through to this shot of the Time cover (I was unable to load it the first 30 minutes that I tried before posting this) and pointed out that all of those featured were distorted. I would point out that the picture of Condi is the only one distorted to look like a pig, but maybe I am just being a tad picky what with the previous “demon” picture and all. I will say that Angelina Jolie’s picture looks really scary, while Condi’s just looks piglike. Condi’s distorted picture was the only one used as the thumbnail to link to the story and out of context it looked incredibly strange. Actually, even in context it looks pretty strange.
Update II: The Hillary caricature actually looks better than most pictures of her. It is downright cheerful.
