· Military Contribution to Global War on Terror (troops, financing, bases, etc.)
· Democracy and Human Rights Compatibility
· Commercial Commitment to America
· Regional Stability (influence to deter/resolve conflicts in their region)
· Crime and Drug Interdiction and Control

Please remember to vote up to a total of five, such as 5-0, 4-1, 3-2, 2-3, 1-4, or 0-5. DO NOT AWARD MORE THAN A TOTAL OF FIVE POINTS, though less may be awarded (1-0, 2-2, etc.) if you feel that is appropriate.
