Microsoft Prevails Over Class Action Lawsuit

Businesses and consumers who purchased computers with Microsoft Corp. software preinstalled or bought the company’s programs through a reseller cannot sue for antitrust violations, a federal appeals court ruled Tuesday.

Go figure.

BTW, the judge who wrote that opinion — Emory Widener — was nominated by Richard M. Nixon.

That’s true, Buchanan-Perot, there are *no* term limits on federal judges.
