Mt. Soledad Cross Urgent Appeal

Our friends at “Stop the ACLU” advised myself a few minutes ago that the City Attorney in San Diego along with Mayor Jerry Sanders are going to appeal to the Supreme Court of the United States.
One thing that we can do to help is to send an e mail to President Bush to take the land under the federal government’s powers of eminent domain. The Thomas More Law Center has created a page to do just that HERE.
UPDATE: Also be sure to sign the “Stop the ACLU” petition to stop taxpayer funding of the ACLU.
