The traitor party that is. Over the next month I expect some campaign themes to emerge. So what will the party of defeat talk about?
The economy? Probably not a good idea for them.
Iraq? Ok, but do they even have a position? Remember this:
Pelosi said Democrats will produce an issue agenda for the 2006 elections but it will not include a position on Iraq.

As for Iraq policy, at the right time, we’ll have a position.”
They seemed to have graduated to this:
Democrats may unite on plan to pull troops
Of course when it came time to vote on this in the Senate, they voted no.
Now who in their right mind would vote for a party that not only refuses to take a position on the single most important foreign policy issue facing America, but also believes there is no merit in doing so? Doubtful this is a winner.
The deficit? Ha! From the party who never met a spending plan they didn’t like? The deficit is declining anyway.
Immigration? As America haters, they are open borders fanatics. Again, not a winner.
Will they just announce “we surrender”?
