For Sale By Owner (Part II)

This morning, I commented about why an individual should be allowed to sell his/her body parts.
There is one practice that is not subject to widespread regulation and that is the sale of unfertilized eggs, embryos, and sperm.
However, there is another practice that is illegal that will put you in prison. If you offer money to a pregnant woman, who would otherwise have an abortion, so that the baby could be adopted instead of aborted, you will go to prison. Go figure that one.
