Gallup’s monthly tracking has it up to 7.7 today – the highest it’s been in two months. It had been tracking at roughly 7.3 to 7.5 around the election. I’ll die laughing if it does – that’s what you get America!

Now that Obama has let the cat out of the bag on the debt ceiling, the GOP has to actually THINK before they cave. Tax hikes for everyone!

They will still keep cooking the books.

    I say no.
    Why stop cooking the books?
The public, or at least a viable and substantive portion of it, believes whatever they are told.

If it is over 7.8 I will be surprised.

Just like when unemployment went down after the 1992 election, after Clinton got elected, with media help, convincing Americans we were in the most dire circumstances in our history.

Unemployment will stay under 8 percent and no more homeless people. That is the state of the economy (according to the lame stream media) when a democrat is president. Makes no difference what the real numbers are. Never forget, lame stream media/democrats = liars, cheats, crooks and thugs.

Turns out 92% of readers were wrong.
