Swaggering cockily in a flight suit is OK though. On the backs of soldiers.

“Swaggering cockily in a flight suit is OK though. On the backs of soldiers.”

Another moral equivalence fail from a lefty.
There’s a big difference between swaggering in a flight suit after unassing the ejection seat of the fighter you just flew in, said flight suit and ejection seat being familiar since that’s what you served your country in, and then humbly thanking and congratulating the troops who were returning from a dangerous mission in a war zone, and sitting in a comfy office, being forced into a no-brainer decision and then proudly crowing about your courage while taking the credit and claiming the glory from the men who flew into hostile territory and stormed the enclave of the leader of the enemy we’re at war with.

Uh, moron, no poster clearly wasn’t talking about the ship. The soldiers were in Iraq.

    Damn you are dumb.

Uh, no, Bush swaggered, and you didn’t utter a peep. Obama swaggers, and you get your panties in a knot. No moral equivalence, it is irrelevant.

Bush “swaggered cockily in a flight suit” aboard the USS Lincoln aircraft carrier, not in Iraq.

Uh, no. Swaggering isn’t the problem. Claiming undeserved credit and glory is the problem. That’s what has conservatives’ panties in a knot.
Moral equivalence is exactly the BS you’re trying to pull here.

    Hey Obamabots
The words of veterans carry weight with regular folks in situations like this. You may not like it, but it’s true. One thing that is consistent about the WON, is that he always over reaches.

This is not about Bush. It’s about how some veterans see Obama’s current political play at the military’s expense. Divert and dissemble all you like, but the central theme here is that if the military felt exploited when W landed on that carrier, they never protested. Clearly many of them are protesting Obama’s conduct now.

Uh, moron, that is precisely what Bush was doing on that aircraft carrier.

It’s really hard to make intelligent posts when you’re conducting an examination of your own prostate with your head.
