This may be the most important Supreme Court ruling in decades, since it protects the country from becoming an extension of Mexico.

And yes, I predicted this ruling.

Can’t blog now, since I’m on the road. Click Comments and celebrate!!

    It’s a pretty good start to a state-level fightback.

This thing should start to pick up now. States will be more inclined to move on this, if this case truly clears the path.

Of course, the RINOs will want to push federal legislation to block this, or override it, or defund e-verify… but good luck with that.

    Excellent News!

“Nothing will do more to retard future illegal immigration and accelerate the departure of the current illegal population than taking away the job magnet. ”

Agreed … but this is a 1st (but very important) step. also need to end auto-citizenship for anchor babies.

Don’t read too much into this ruling, as it didn’t really address immigration per se,
but rather the state being able to enforce a federal e varify law, already on the books.

Mitt Romney, Sarah Palin, Juan McCain, and all other RINO’s are very unhappy with this ruling. Where will big business in the USA get cheap labor from?

That should have a pretty profound impact on SB1070 rulings….

Rand Paul is combining the Paul Ryan plan with his own and some new ideas into a budget bill that will balance the budget btw.

In Wisconsin they are trying an enforcemtn bill. It is being unfortunately stalled by some of the rural members who are in the pocket of large dairy farmers and the vegatable growers.
