Quote of the Day

The Great Teleprompter:
“Just in case there’s any confusion out there, I am not going to walk away from health care reform. I’m not going to walk away on this challenge. I’m not going to walk away on any challenge. We’re moving forward.”
Apparently, he wants the Republicans to have a filibuster-proof majority in 2011…

“Teleprompter”? I guess you didn’t see him dress down the Republicans at their little meeting last week?
Your constant efforts to mock Obama for trivia or made up crap undermines anything substantive you may have to say. There is simply no reason to take someone like you seriously.
February 6th, 2010 at 4:17 pm
Republicans need to try to stall and delay health care reform for as long as possible so that it will “wither on the vine” as Newt Gingrich once said. While no one knows what the makeup of the next Congress will be, there is very likely to be significantly fewer Democrats. If Republicans can gain 25+ in the House and 4+ in the Senate, this effort has no chance in the next Congress. And, the pickup projections I laid out (25 and 4 in the House and Senate respectively) might be on the low side if Obama keeps insisting on a hard left program.
The President maybe also pushing hard for these items right now because he realizes that the next Congress will not be as amicable to him. Furthermore, some of the extreme items on the agenda (cap and trade, card check) may be dead for a generation if they fail now.

“Just in case there’s any confusion out there, I am not going to walk away from health care reform. I’m not going to walk away on this challenge. I’m not going to walk away on any challenge. We’re moving forward.”
I think that could mean he’s done. When 0 proclaims something is not so, you can bet it’s just the opposite. It’s become a pattern of behavior with him.
At least )))MrCock((( still worships him. )))LMFAO(((
All’s not lost yet. )))MrCock((( might still be good for a murderous rampage or two in the name of his messiah. Heads up teapartiers!

Where are the Repubs…..NO NO NO…..no compromise, no to anything…If something gets passed, it will be added to.
February 6th, 2010 at 5:25 pm
The Democrats should know about being the party of “no”. That’s the only thing they said for the entire eight years George W. Bush was in office.
The truth is that both parties are saying no to each other more because their agendas are not just 180 degrees apart as in years past, but almost 360 degrees apart. Obama has pushed for a spending bill in the guise of a stimulus bill, cap and trade, card check, and universal, government-run health care. What Republican or conservative is in their right mind going to support that agenda? If you can’t get Olympia Snowe or Susan Collins’ vote on many of these issues, that says it all.
That being said, the Republicans need to win more seats in both houses of Congress if they expect to be taken seriously by anyone. However, it’s not just Republicans opposing the President’s agenda: it’s the American people. None of the agenda items that I listed in the second paragraph have anywhere near majority support in this country. Even Massachusetts said enough is enough.

There is simply no reason to take someone like you seriously.
…..
Yet you keep returning.
What does that say about YOU?

As for Obama, PLEASE keep dragging this corpse around.

Apparently, he wants the Republicans to have a filibuster-proof majority in 2011
that’s how he gets re-elected you fool. it worked for Clinton, it’ll work for him.
why else is Palin waiting for 2016?
February 6th, 2010 at 6:34 pm
Reg – unemployment was around 5.2% when Clinton was re-elected with just 49% of the vote. Obama will be lucky if it’s just 8 when his re-election bid comes around.

BCL you watch season two of Dexter yet?
February 6th, 2010 at 7:28 pm
Gee, we have something in common!
I was watching it on the 101 channel on DirectTV. I checked the episodes that I saw and I guess I saw part of season 2. I bought season 1 DVDs for $19.99 though I’ve seen that season through. I am waiting to feel justified spending $34.95 for season 2 and 3 DVD set. I might be able to find them on the internet to watch.
I have not succumbed to the urge to subscribe to Showtime to watch the current season. You?
February 6th, 2010 at 8:22 pm
BCL, I love Dexter on Netflix.
casttv seems to have all the new episodes online for free.
February 6th, 2010 at 8:44 pm
Ah, I can do netflix. I’ll check out casttv to. Thanks wcv
That is one amazing show. I wonder what’s going on with season 4….don’t tell me!

OK acroso
Back to your usual spamming.
February 7th, 2010 at 6:11 am
murderous rampage or two in the name of his messiah.
You right wing nuts are so complex: you think that it is not OK to make a snarky comment about Teabaggers, but it is OK to make a snarky comment that people are killing out of a fervent worship of Obama.
The conservative right owns sanctimonious.
February 7th, 2010 at 7:01 am
“Yet you keep returning. What does that say about YOU?”
Should be pretty obvious…I think many of you are hateful, selfish, bigoted, deluded assholes who cannot accept the possibility that people think differently than you and that you are not the ones in control all the time. You hate the ideas that have made this country great and also, ironically, permitted the very existence of cancerous movements like the Teabaggers and Neocons.
I am here to fight for America and for rationality.

)))McRock((( fighting for rationality? That’s a laugh. And look Pluto, he’s added Neocons to the cancer that needs to be cut out. Rampage #1 – Teabaggers Rampage #2 = Neocons.
Just like I said.

)))McRock’s the one who made the ‘snarky’ comment that someone should murder teabaggers. Go back and read it. How is it ‘snarky’ to point that out? That clearly implies that he is for killing people who disagree with his messiah. You can try and explain it away all you want. He hasn’t. Then he rants about conservatives being intolerant and irrational! heh If he made that ‘snarky’ remark somewhere in person, say the airport, his ass would be in the slammer where it belongs.
February 7th, 2010 at 7:48 am
Is that guy WBH?
No need to preach the leftwing gospel here, McCrock! Let’s agree to disagree, & we’ll see you & your sad little savior Zero on Nov. 5th, OK?
Why do I suspect that the day after Nov. 5th, McCrock will disappear himself?
I recently became an official “Friend of Roy Blunt,” btw. He’s up +6 on Carnahan to replace Bond in MO. I heard Rove say he’s a “Friend” too.
February 7th, 2010 at 7:54 am
“Why do I suspect that the day after Nov. 5th, McCrock will disappear himself?”
Doubtful…unless you are expecting that positive election results for Wingnuts will suddenly shut them up and stop them from constantly lying and waging war with their fellow Americans whose views they cannot tolerate.
February 7th, 2010 at 7:55 am
“)))McRock’s the one who made the ’snarky’ comment that someone should murder teabaggers”
Strawman. Show me where i used the word “murder”.
February 7th, 2010 at 7:58 am
Hey, BCL, I noticed you are no longer using the Glenn Dreck symbols in your screen name. When did this stop? After you were mocked for the last time about channeling the hate of your Messiah here? Going underground for your Leader? LMFAO!
February 7th, 2010 at 8:01 am
If a conservative wanted to waste their time and moby troll leftist blogs as an extreme left nutcase, they could model the moby character after )))McRock(((. You can’t make his sh!t up.
Problem is, I think this guy’s for real.
February 7th, 2010 at 8:06 am
Strawman. Show me where i used the word “murder”.
You didn’t have the balls to use the word murder. McRock
September 12th, 2009 at 8:27 pm
Honestly I’m surprised that no one recognized the opportunity to cut out some of the cancer that a concentrated collection of ignorant rightwing domestic terrorists at the rally in DC today provided….
What did you mean mr tolerance?
When did this stop?
Long after you ‘mocked me’, so don’t flatter yourself.
February 7th, 2010 at 8:09 am
“You didn’t have the balls to use the word murder.”
“Long after you ‘mocked me’, so don’t flatter yourself.”
And you don’t have the brains to recognize when you’ve been massively pwned, fool.
February 7th, 2010 at 8:14 am
And you don’t have the brains to recognize when you’ve been massively pwned, fool.
Like I said, You can’t make his sh!t up. heh
February 7th, 2010 at 8:17 am
“as an extreme left nutcase”
What’s even more pathetic is Mr. Glenn Beck BCL speculating about what he thinks people on the left believe when all of his knowledge of the world has been fed through his limbic system by the shouting hatemongers of the right. A sad and pathetic paranoid world where everyone else is a bogeyman terrorist out to oppress the poor Wingnut True Americans who want us to go back to the fantasy good ol’ days when White Christrians ran the country with an Iron Fist, the way it should be.
Difference between you and I, Nutjob, is that I’ve spent more than enough time in places like this AND on other blogs across the political spectrum to KNOW that you are the extremists. While for you its whatever Beck or Limbaugh or Palin (LMFAO!) tell you is going on outside in the Big Scary World. You’re probably no better than the average Wingnut…fat ass selfish angry ignorant fool who smells bad most of the time and hates his pathetic self so much that the only way he can get through life at this point is to direct the hate outward.
February 7th, 2010 at 8:18 am
I LOVE OBAMA!
He has done more for Dubya’s reputation than Dubya did!
He has nearly managed to make us miss Miss Lillian, Billy Beer, and 20% mortgage rates… He’s certainly made us miss the Clintons!
Now all he needs to do is keep on making those speeches and we’ll see more Republicans in Congress than there were in Reconstruction…
And I believe that’s what he really wants…
February 7th, 2010 at 8:18 am
McRock knows his Dialectic! WooHoo! You go, Girl!!
February 7th, 2010 at 8:19 am
BCL: McRock said “murder”.
McCrock: Show me where I did.
BCL: Well, actually, you didn’t, but that’s because you didn’t have the balls to say it.
No, this is not made up, you’re right BCL.
February 7th, 2010 at 8:23 am
McRock: Hey (((BCL))), you know that Blebb Dreck uses a similar punctuation around his name?
(((BCL))): Uh, yeah, I listen to him a lot. But I don’t worship him, really. And I have other ideas that are all my own.
McRock: Hey, (((BCL))), if you want to prove that you can think on your own, you may not want to go around advertising such affection for a ranting lunatic.
BCL: Hey everyone, it’s just me typing my own original unique thoughts here.
McRock: Hey, BCL, missing something?
BCL: Whatever do you mean? Oh, the parentheses? Pure coincidence.
Really, although it seems like fiction, it is not.
February 7th, 2010 at 9:01 am
And look Pluto, he’s added Neocons to the cancer that needs to be cut out.
Nobody can do sanctimonious better than a right-winger.
February 7th, 2010 at 10:57 am
Ah, A quick call for bipartisanship then back to “I won.” Somebody call for a corpse man POTUS is hurting.
February 7th, 2010 at 12:08 pm
Speaking of sanctimonious:
“They are kooks, so I agree with Rush Limbaugh,” Palin said, “Rush Limbaugh was using satire …I didn’t hear Rush Limbaugh calling a group of people whom he did not agree with ‘f-ing retards,’ and we did know that Rahm Emanuel, as has been reported, did say that. There is a big difference there.”
That is, Palin believes that there is a difference between Limbaugh using the word retard and Emanuel using the word retard, and, according to Levi, Palin using the word retard.
February 7th, 2010 at 1:57 pm
“Just in case there’s any confusion out there, I am not going to walk away from health care reform. I’m not going to walk away on this challenge. I’m not going to walk away on any challenge. We’re moving forward.” Yeah, we’re moving forward whether that bill will be denied later or that health care reform will be pushed through. Nothing is exciting.
