“It’s my nature.”
A scorpion and a frog meet on the bank of a stream and the scorpion asks the frog to carry him across on its back. The frog asks, “How do I know you won’t sting me?” The scorpion says, “Because if I do, I will die too.”
The frog is satisfied, and they set out, but in midstream, the scorpion stings the frog. The frog feels the onset of paralysis and starts to sink, knowing they both will drown, but has just enough time to gasp “Why?”
Replies the scorpion: “Its my nature…”
In June, the White House struck a secret deal with PhRMA, the drug manufacturers’ association. The White House agreed to keep PhRMA’s costs from Obamacare under $80 billion, and PhRMA agreed to spend $150 million advertising for Obamacare.
The White House was embarassed enough about this deal that it initially denied its very existence. After details came to light, the White House confirmed it with weasel words.
Then Senator Tom Carper (D-DE) was forced to publicly confirm the deal, when it came up for a vote in the Senate Finance Committee.
PhRMA kept up its end of the bargain. Here in Washington state, I’ve seen many gauzy ads asking me to call and thank my Democrat senators for their support of medical research.
But Democrats want to welsh on the deal. The House has doubled the cost to about $160 billion, and the Senate is looking to do the same.
The frog is satisfied, and they set out, but in midstream, the scorpion stings the frog. The frog feels the onset of paralysis and starts to sink, knowing they both will drown, but has just enough time to gasp “Why?”

Normally, I expect this type of wit from The Ace. So, I’m glad you are able to show the same type as well.
Well, this is the type of hope and change he promised. But, then again, he’s reneged on these very same promises.
Why?
Its his nature.

So what’s the problem here? Obambi made a secret deal with his Big Pharma buddies, and the mainstream of the country now rejects it. Sounds good to me.

The problem is he is getting greedy and now wants more.
