Too bad Newt has not been keeping on the side of the angels… But we can still find a place for him…

It’s hilarious that Corzine lost. That schmuck has dropped OVER $120M OF HIS OWN MONEY in his 3 statewide election campaigns. He tripled the other guy’s spending in this campaign, plus he had all the public union employees and ACORN going whole hog for him.
And he still lost. What a fuqqin schmuck.
New Jersey is a corrupt sewer, but even there a ray of sunshine sometimes emerges, and having a moneybags schmuck get clipped is a ray of sunshine.
I wonder if Obambi will ever set foot in New Jersey again? Or Virginia? Now that campaign 2010 has officially begun, I wonder which swing state lefty is gonna be the first to invite Obambi in? That should be interesting, and they’ll probably quickly schedule something with some urban lefty kooks somewhere, just to save face, but I’m watching those swing states. That clown just became electoral poison. Funny how that works, but this was all predictable a year ago, amidst all the leg tingling, and the roadmap leads to a real lefty smackdown 12 months from now. I love it when a plan comes together.

the aura of truthiness = win

check the data on NY23:
the aura of truthiness = chump

NY23: You teabaggers keep it up, OK? You got a good thing goin’ there…

“NY23: You teabaggers keep it up, OK? You got a good thing goin’ there…”
this must be the logic that hirohito did not seek to use…
losing hiroshima and nagasaki, while an adviser is bragging to him about sinking a pt boat.
There are two mushroom clouds which linger for the next four years.
Owens just ‘won’ a one year term.
(alternative take)
monty python, black knight, emphasis on denial of reality.

- “losing hiroshima and nagasaki, while an adviser is bragging to him about sinking a pt boat.” – Hey, how many house bills do governors vote on? Google it and get back to me. “PT boat” – that’s funny.

“Hey, how many house bills do governors vote on?”
For which candidates did Obama personally campaign? (I’ll give you a big hint: Not Owens; he sent Biden there.) NY23 is a loss for the GOP, but considering that Owens is simply another legislator joining the 256 already there. And in any case, it’s likely that NY23 is going to be the sacrificial lamb in 2012 when NY loses a congressional seat.

Poli,
When you calculate the comparison between 2009 and 1993 you should probably add Daggetts 5% to the Republican column.
Now we have 2 more governors to preside over redistricting which definitely affects who votes on what bills in congress.

“…check the data on NY23…”

We in the mainstream have checked it, lefty troll. In fact, we checked it long before yesterday’s election, and the data told us that 2 lefty kooks were running for that seat, and looks like one of them took it. For now, at least.
I’m guessing that this lefty is going to be particularly attentive to what the mainstream has to say over the next 364 days. We just beheaded that RINO cow, and it won’t take much for us to behead this chump.
Now, maybe you lefty kooks should check the data around the rest of the country, as generated yesterday. It’s quite a comprehensive data set, and has been generated much as was predicted here. It serves as referendum and precursor for the election 364 days from now.
We can now begin our review of that data. I’m going to be enjoying that process. You won’t be, troll.

And Michigan will be rejecting the unbelievably incompetent lefty kook Granholm’s successor next year, so the redistricting process will be even more influenced.

Just a heads up to the RINOs… this is why McLiar didn’t matter. The 2008 election was a nothing… an absolute nothing. We were going to get a bunch of new government and debt and bailouts and economic chaos no matter who won. Obambi gave us the opportunity to make a clear choice… not an echo. Yesterday, you saw the first fruits of that choice… as made by the mainstream of the country. They reject both you RINOs and your leftist soulmates. Pay attention.
November 4th, 2009 at 9:42 am
- “Yesterday, you saw the first fruits of that choice… as made by the mainstream of the country.” – Yeah, you dumbasses lost a district you’ve held since the Civil War, and you lost it by being stupid. You can’t even go hard right in a hard core republican district – sounds like a referendum on conservatism, when you can’t sell it to your own party. You lost a seat in the house – one more vote for HCR (since the seats going away, what’s he got to lose – hell, why not go whole hog?). But hey, you got two governorships. Good luck getting them to vote against HCR in the house. Oh, that’s right – governors don’t get to do that do they? Please stick with that winning strategy…please.
November 4th, 2009 at 9:50 am
We will, lefty troll. We will.
And no, we in the mainstream don’t care much about little R’s and D’s, even though you lefty kooks and your RINO soulmates are all about that.
Thing is, we in the mainstream “won” the moment we rejected a kooky leftist nominee, Scuzzyelephant, who the Left and their SEIU allies had stealthily placed in that slot. Beheading leftists is a good thing, even if you can’t get ‘em all at once. So many lefty kooks… so little time.
There will be time before November 2010, however, and a goodly number of lefty kooks are about to find out what a beheading feels like.
Check the data.
Or maybe… ask Emperor Corzine. He’s probably a-twittering about his beheading.

McDonnell is an impressive guy. He also seemed to be able to open up “the tent”without pandering.
November 4th, 2009 at 11:15 am
“Hey, how many house bills do governors vote on? Google it and get back to me.”
actually, I googled “owens public option”.
I imagine I’ll be more pleased with his vote than you.
November 4th, 2009 at 2:22 pm
- “I imagine I’ll be more pleased with his vote than you.” – We’ll see. Things may be a little different now that he’s elected and won’t have a seat in next go round.
November 4th, 2009 at 6:09 pm
- “Thing is, we in the mainstream “won” the moment…” – yada, yada, yada. Dummy, you lost two house seats last night; one of them you should have won. You lost it becuase you over reached – going for ideologic purity. That’s wingnut land – even solid republicans won’t buy that.

I don’t understand about it…
