Governor Charlie Crist (R-Florida), presumptive Senate nominee according to John Cornyn, did not like the recent list of judicial nominees that he was required to pick from to fill a vacancy.
Why? It was just too white;
TALLAHASSEE — Gov. Charlie Crist ran afoul of the state Constitution when he refused to fill an appeals court seat because all of the potential picks are white, the Florida Supreme Court unanimously ruled Thursday.
The high court ruled that Crist must appoint one of the six people recommended by the Judicial Nominating Commission for the Fifth District Court of Appeal. The 10-member court is all white.
Crist said in a written statement that he was ”disappointed” with the ruling. But he would comply with the court’s opinion and choose a judge from the original list.

So how exactly is Crist any different from a Democrat?? If people want a quota supporter as US senator they will vote Democrat. If Crist wins the primary it will be a sad sign that the party is moving to the left, and that we don’t deserve to win. And we won’t win, if we just offer a warmed over version of what the Dems want.
In a week when reaction to the Supreme Court ruling against quotas for firefighters is overwhelmingly positive, Crist seems to be going in the other direction. Time for me to contribute to Rubio.
