Quote of the Day
By PoliPundit ~ May 27th, 2009 @ 10:36 am
From a North Korean newspaper editorial:
“It is a laughable delusion for the United States to think that it can get us to kneel with sanctions. We’ve been living under U.S. sanctions for decades, but have firmly safeguarded our ideology and system while moving our achievements forward. The U.S. sanctions policy toward North Korea is like striking a rock with a rotten egg.”

Dang.
For once I agree with them.

This was all so predictable.
Remember how the Left all screamed that the ‘world didn’t respect us’ under Bush?
They’ve certainly changed that. Now the world no longer respects or fears us, or really much cares about us at all.
Can you imagine the hilarity throughout Pyongyang, Tehran, Moscow, and Beijing to the ’strong denunciations’ of the Obama administration?
It would be funny if it weren’t true.

IT GAVE HIM A CHILL,THAT HE COULDN’T DRILL, WITH HIS TINY LITTLE DILL.

South Korea and Japan should be scared. Obama won’t do anything.

Obama has squandered any respect that US policy once held. His naive world view where talking solves all problems is encouraging to our adversaries.
North Korea’s nuclear test should indeed terrify Japan and South Korea. Those nations would be foolish to ignore the threat and should immediately begin preparation for a response should they be attacked. Their defense programs should undoubtedly include a nuclear response. Obama’s ineptitude has fueled a new arms race.
In fact, Obama is so inept that he has set new records for foreign policy futility. ( for a top ten list of foreign policy failures achieved thus far, you can visit:

To illustrate the point, when the DPRK set off its nuclear explosion, Obama went to Vegas. Our enemies are laughing while they are preparing.
