It’s Sotomayor

Obama will nominate Sotomayor:
President Obama will nominate federal appeals court judge Sonia Sotomayor to the Supreme Court Tuesday, FOX News has learned.
Sotomayor, 54, would be the first Hispanic on the high court if confirmed. She would succeed outgoing Justice David Souter.
I predicted this, of course:
It’s hard to see how Barack Obama would miss the chance to appoint someone like Sonia Sotomayor, a 55-year-old Hispanic woman with impeccable credentials, to the Supreme Court.

I am withholding judgment until there is more information regarding her position on abortion.
What I have read so far, she has never had to issue a ruling on any abortion related case.

My primary concerns are around her views and opinions around race and gender. I need to balance that with her other views, which I’ve yet to read about in detail.

I guess Obama had his wish – Select somebody who can rule from the bench as she has done all her life vs following the law, we all will see how left views she has and how little regard for the law, she rule on her views not the law. You all will see! Once analysis comes to light. Obama our socialist ruler has spoken and we all should obey!

I don’t see what the hell is impeccable about her credentials. IMO she is unqualified because the OPENLY BOASTS of her race-based AA ruling process.
That is in flagrant violation of the law, and she should NEVER be confirmed, although she will be.
