The Louisiana Senate race between Suzie Terrell and Democratic incumbent Mary Landrieu is too close to call, according to polls and experts. Only a fool would make a prediction in this race. I’m young and foolish enough to do so. Suzie Terrell is a weak candidate. But, for the reasons I outlined three weeks ago, she will win this race by a recount-proof margin.
