Plenty of speculation from Roll Call about 2004. Here are links to info on the North Carolina Senate race, South Carolina Senate race and the Democratic presidential primaries. The news is mostly positive.
Another nice bit of news is that Suzie Terrell now leads in the race for Louisiana’s governorship in 2003. There are three governorships up in 2003 – Louisiana, Kentucky and Mississippi. All are currently held by Democrats and the GOP is likely to pick up all of them.

CORRECTION: The Louisiana governorship is currently held by Republican Mike Foster. He’s a former Democrat, although it’s sometimes hard to tell.
