I’m listening to my local rush-hour conservative AM radio talk show and the response against Patty Murray is overwhelming. The show started with a hilarious song parody of Murray. Since then, she’s been called all sorts of names by callers who brought up some good points:
1. Why are “day care facilities” necessary in countries with Sharia law, where women stay home?
2. Isn’t Murray supposed to be a “womens rights advocate?” She was endorsed by Emily’s List. The sorts of schools she claimed Bin Laden built would never let her be educated.
3. Why does anything Bin Laden did matter? We certainly don’t harp on all the autobahns Hitler built. Mass murderers are mass murderers. Period.
