From the beginning, the chief concern about the Iraqi invasion has not been the Pentagon’s ability to prevail on the battlefield, but the Bush administration’s ability to plan for the day after victory.
This from the same paper that gave Johnny “Quagmire” Apple a forum for his defeatist propaganda.
