Texas Redistricting

In between anti-Republican tirades, the ultra-liberal Houston Chronicle has allowed a surprisingly enlightening guest column that’ll explain everything you always wanted to know about the Texas redistricting fight. As I’ve noted before, Governor Rick Perry is likely to call a special legislative session to make the districts fairer, which could add up to 6 seats to the GOP majority in congress.
