Looks like we are losing “one of our team;”
NPR has learned that Supreme Court Justice David Souter is planning to retire at the end of the current court term.
Bright side, I am sure that this former Bush appointee will not be replaced by much worse.

[Shazam there Earl. Do you mean Mr. Souter is a Benefactor of the NRA? (I will not even explain because you will not even know what a Benefactor of the NRA is) Is he also a financial supporter of RTL? I had no idea he drove a car made in the USA with parts made in the USA. Wow, he looks for the Made in USA label on everything he buys, I did not know that. Do you mean that he hires UNION plumbers, electricians, and roofers to make sure that they are LEGAL? (In Florida, most of that labor is illegal so you pretty much need to hire UNION to get legal) Since I remind you of him, I had no idea that he cheers leading economic indicators because it is good for the USA. I also did not know he was a fan of Pat Buchanan. Earl, if Souter is just like me then Conservatives lost a great Justice. But maybe you are just full of it, yep that is it. OL]

I’ll always remember Souter most for his deciding vote in Kelo, that the government has the right to take your house to give to condo developers.

DOUBTFUL but, even if you are correct, there is a LOT to be said about the other 10% where NO “real” Conservative will EVER agree with your ways:
. Treasonous cheerleading for U.S. Military loss in Iraq
. Naively cheerleading for U.S. Marxism and Socialism
. Weeping Tears-of-Joy for the radical muslim liberal
. Willfully ignoring BHO’s open-borders/amnesty plans
. Viewing lib-policy through dark skin-colored glasses
Oh yeah, There’s a Whole LOT in that 10% that cannot be reconciled until you publically admit that you were (and still are) DEAD WRONG on all of those issues.
Here’s an idea OakLeaf:
– Instead of suggesting to your MANY critics that they are “Raping their Wives”, why don’t you just FINALLY admit that you were wrong? I think You’d be amazed at what a little honesty on your part would do for what’s left of your abysmal reputation.

Openly cheerleading for the U.S. Military to suffer a complete LOSS in Iraq or are you referring to the non-stop Socialist cheerleading that goes at this site???
