Rush Limbaugh today;
“A lot of people said, well Specter, take McCain with you, and his daughter. Take McCain and his daughter with you,” talk show host Rush Limbaugh declared during the early hour of his Tuesday program.

So what are some of the sites people have moved onto now that this one is all but closed? Just wondering.

Here is a nice Power Line link for those who say that the GOP can’t make a comeback:

Just for the above poster: think about this. The GOP Senators voted for the financial bailout, but not the auto bailout. So where’s the consistency in their voting record? The auto bailout was a far, far smaller amount to boot. Plus I didn’t see any calls for the ordinary workers in the financial industry asked to work for lower pay and fringe benefits.

BTW a real list would include Olympia Snowe, Susan Collins, and Lindsay Graham as well.
I have a new proposal. Let’s regulate airlines out of existence by requiring that they average 50% of the auto fuel efficiency standard.

Here’s the other candidate running for Pennsylvania senator giving a talk on government run education: Peg Luksik.
http://www.pegluksik.com
From the Daily Paul…
“Peg Luksik ran for PA governor in 1990, and got about 45% in the primary. She then ran as a Constitution Party candidate for Governor in 1994 and 1998, getting double digits both times… very impressive for a 3rd party showing.”
Here is Luksik talking about Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and it’s entitled “Who Controls Our Children.”

“Take McCain with you Arlen.”
Well, I’ll be damned. An Oak Leaf post I can agree with. 100% even. Git, crazy John, git!

I think I like Luksik better than Toomey. I hope she runs in the republican primary.

Republican primary down to Ludsik and Tommey?

Peg Luksik: Why I’m running for the senate.

I love this woman!!!! She is one of the few people who seem to recognize that the 2nd Amendment was not included specifically with the idea that hunters needed a right to have a gun but rather the 2nd Amendment was included to keep the Feds from disarming the populace. An armed society is the best means for keeping the government restrained.

I think there should be a rule….only one Paulistinian per thread. That way Acorso could make some comment and we could ignore him (like always) and he would not have to sock puppet.

I don’t mind the Maine sisters. They are moderates and RINOs, but they are pleasant about it, and they are the best we can hope for out of Maine.
The one who pisses me off is Miss Lindsey. She flaunts her role as McVain’s favorite fluffer, and South Carolina ought to have a conservative in that seat.

So you think JSP is a sock puppet?
Maybe he\she just likes Peh Luksik.

I have an idea. What if all the Republicans in congress just left the party, and switched over to the Dems. Maybe they could become big pain in the asses to the liberal leadership like Specter and his gang have always been.

Americans are certainly embracing this recovery:
See you at Red Lobster.

I remember when Specter wanted to investigate Bill Beliecheck and the Patriots.
I was reading NRo online yesterday and was reminded he voted against Robert Bork.
I remember he actually wasted time on the Terrell Owens vs/Eagles situation.
I remember he wanted to use Scottish law against Bill Clinton.

Great stuff! I’m inquiring if you know of any forums that talk about these intriguing matters at all? Thanks
