Funny – Eh, Not So Much

Gee, I wonder why Jon Stewart is losing viewers? Maybe this transcript of his recent appearance on CNN (posted by Drudge) will provide some clues. His show used to be funny, but lately it tries so hard to help Kerry that the humor just isn’t what it used to be. Humor must be based in some way on fact, and lately The Daily Show, in its attempts to help boost John Kerry, has had to deny too many facts to be funny.
