Iraq

It has been a very awful day in Iraq. This attack will probably increase the pressure on Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld to resign. President Bush should not yield and sacrifice Rumsfeld, but he may need to authorize new tactics to get better information. The media is not going to win this war, but it can lose it for us.

Obviously the terrorists are not going to give up in Iraq. The question is now whether the Iraqi people have the fortitude of the Israeli people, not to surrender their hard-won freedom. We shall see soon.
