No matter what happens to Social Security reform and judicial nominations, the increased Republican majority in the Senate has/will pass a number of items on the conservative wishlist. They’ve already done class action reform and bankruptcy reform. Next up: ANWR drilling (which only needs 51 votes – and the GOP has them) and medical tort reform.
