Modified Open Thread – Investments, Accounts

I know I’m not the only investment junkie around here.

And since the National Ponzi Scheme has become a major issue, I think it’s appropriate to devote some bandwidth to discussing such things as: stocks, bonds, asset allocation, pension plans, and, of course, the types of vehicles in which we might invest, if the government started giving us some of our retirement money back, instead of taking it away from us, and then spending it on water filtration systems and the like.

So, please use this thread to discuss poli-investment issues.
