Honestly, I’m just shocked that they even have a government over there. No, seriously, hasn’t sheer utopia already fallen from the clear blue skies?

BTW: If the French go ahead and reject the EU Constitution, will that satisfy John Kerry Heinz SF-180’s “global test?” And what about the Dutch? And the Germans?
