The 180

For months leading up the 2004 election, and even now, the Swift Boat Vets and other right leaning fear mongers have been clamoring for Kerry to sign form 180, insinuating he has something to hide in his military record.

Soon their empty rhetoric and out right lies will, once and for all, be proven false. Kerry has signed form 180 which will release all his military records to the public.

And he didn’t do this last year because?

The blog continues:

Undoubtedly these Republican funded character assassins will change the subject and make up more lies to suit their purpose, but Kerry has the truth on his side.

The next time these lying SOB’s start in on Kerry, they should know he’s ready for them. This time the blogging world and press will be alerted to put the microscope on these unpatriotic shameful liars.

So far, all we’ve got is Kerry’s claim that he’s signed the form. There’s no sign of the actual form.

Even if Kerry actually signs the form and releases his military records, there’s something very strange going on here. The Swiftees held their first press conference in May 2004. Why would it taken Kerry over a year to sign the form? Perhaps there’s embarassing information in his records that he’s trying to get expunged?

The Independent Sources blog says:
