Tonight’s the Night

As Poli and Jayson have noted, President Bush will name his nominee for the Supreme Court tonight at 9:00 EDT.
If it is Edith Clement, of course, she will have my complete support. While I have reservations about her lack of a record (her expertise is maritime law), I have total confidence that the President would not pick another Souter or O’Connor.
