Policies Matter

Your federal government is responding to the Katrina disaster with a modicum of common sense.
That approach is a heck of a lot better than “price control.”
For “price control” inevitably would lead to: (1) supply shortages, (2) higher relative demand, and therefore (3) much higher prices.
Fortunately, however, we’ve come quite a long way since Jimmy Carter was running the country.
{phew}
P.S. – You might want to ignore the siren songs on this topic from the national liberal media. They’re selling an agenda. And sensationalism is part and parcel thereof.
