Pledge Of Allegiance Unconstitutional?

By Lorie Byrd ~ September 14th, 2005 @ 2:25 pm

Ankle Biting Pundits is reporting that a San Francisco federal judge has ruled that saying the Pledge of Allegiance in a public school is unconstitutional. As Bulldog Pundit notes, ” the debate over Judge Roberts just got a lot more interesting.”

UPDATE: Jayson tells me that ABP was wrong about San Francisco and that it was a Sacramento judge.

UPDATE II: Hugh Hewitt is already envisioning a way that this ruling could help President Bush with his next Supreme Court nomination.
