Right now, John Roberts would win support from 55 Republican Senators and 13 Democratic Senators, for a grand total of 68 ayes.
14 Democrats have announced their opposition, and the remainder have not announced. The only big surprise among the no votes is Evan Bayh, but he’s running for President.
If he keeps it up, he will likely have the same fate as his father.
